Terms and Conditions 

1. General

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The event is held in a vineyard setting within a marquee and is subject to licensing laws and safety regulations.

2. Tickets

    •    All tickets are priced at £40 / £20 per person unless otherwise stated.

    •    Tickets must be purchased in advance. Entry without a valid ticket will not be permitted.

    •    Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.

    •    Tickets may be transferable; however, resale for profit is not permitted without prior consent from the organiser.

3. Entry Requirements

    •    Guests may be required to present proof of age. The event operates under a Challenge 25 policy.

    •    Entry may be refused if attendees are intoxicated, disorderly, or fail to comply with these terms.

4. Event Schedule & Changes

    •    The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including performers, food vendors, and timings.

    •    In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled or relocated within the venue.

5. Food & Drink

    •    A selection of food and wine will be available for purchase or included where specified.

    •    Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless authorised.

    •    Attendees must drink responsibly. The organiser reserves the right to refuse alcohol service.

6. Health & Safety

    •    Attendees must follow all safety instructions given by staff.

    •    The vineyard terrain may be uneven; appropriate footwear is recommended.

    •    The organiser is not liable for injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety guidance.

7. Behaviour

    •    Respectful behaviour towards staff, performers, vendors, and other guests is required at all times.

    •    Anti-social behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

8. Liability

    •    The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

    •    Attendance is at your own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Photography & Media

    •    Photography and filming may take place during the event.

    •    By attending, you consent to the use of images or video footage for promotional purposes unless you notify the organiser in advance.

10. Parking & Transport

    •    Parking may be limited; attendees are encouraged to use designated transport options where available.

    •    Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.

11. Cancellation

    •    If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.

    •    The organiser is not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel or accommodation).

12. Force Majeure

    •    The organiser shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
