1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of wine products (“Products”) by Veenow Ltd, a company registered in England with company number 14986318 and registered office at Crescent Farm, Waters Upton, Telford, TF6 6NP (“we”, “us”, “our”) to consumers (“you”, “your”) via our website www.veenow.co.uk or other sales channels.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Age Restriction
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age and may refuse or cancel your order if we reasonably believe you do not meet the legal drinking age in the UK.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the Products to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including due to stock availability, pricing errors, or concerns regarding age verification.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are displayed separately during the checkout process.
We accept payment via cash and card. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch the Products.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and external factors.
We deliver only within the United Kingdom. You must ensure someone over the age of 18 is available to accept delivery. ID may be requested upon delivery.
6. Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, please contact us at hello@veenow.co.uk with your order number. You must return the Products in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of cancellation. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the Products are faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, using the same method of payment.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your Products arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@veenow.co.uk with details and photographic evidence, if possible. We will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, or expenses arising out of the use of our Products. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of your order is limited to the total amount paid for the Products.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
